Rates are for Four Guests.  For Each Additional Guest there is a charge of $100/Week.  Maximum Eight People.

Payment Methods Accepted:  Cash or Check
50% of total rental charge is due at time of reservation.  The remaining 50% balance of your total rental charge is due one week before arrival.  A two week notice is not required.  Special arrangements can be made if securing reservation on a last minute basis.

  No Pets Allowed.  Bring own towels, soap, linens, and paper goods.  Beds included, but not bedding.  Bring your own blankets.

Weeks run Saturday - Saturday

There are no refunds or reduced pricing for early departures.  Check in at 3pm.  Check out 10am.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance for full refund.  If within 72 hour timeframe, we will retain the first night's charge.
All cancellations are subject to a $20 cancellation administrative fee.  We do Require a Visa or MasterCard Number as Security at the Time of Your Reservation. 

No smoking. 

Rates include use of cabin, appliances, kitchen, beds, grounds, amenities, and pier.  Garage and shed are not included.
Rates subject to change without notice.  Must be 18 years of age or older to rent cabin.

Any damages sustained to property (broken items, missing items, or smoke smell) will result in additional charges.
